Innovate Cities was founded on the belief that data has the power to deliver a better quality of life for all. Whether it’s through inclusive urban development, planet-friendly built environments, equitable digital access for the disadvantaged, or any number of innovative solutions to the challenges of modern life – data holds the answer.
Innovate Cities invited public policy students at McMaster University to research and write case papers for an Innovation Writing Series. The papers that have been authored are intended to explore and evaluate the use of a data trust in municipal contexts for various initiatives.
