Dr. Alma Mikulinsky is Director of Partnerships and Intellectual Infrastructure at Innovate Cities, where she oversees the the Innovate Cities Data Trust – CityShield – from privacy and data governance perspective, including the development of standards for responsible data sharing. She is a multi-disciplinary professional and cutting-edge thinker whose passion ranges from art, data ethics to creating a more sustainable urban future. She specializes in managing complex, multi-stakeholder partnership between public and private institutions.

Alma is also a world-renowned Picasso expert, art curator, published author and sought-after public speaker. She has lived in 8 countries in Asia, Europe, North and South America, and speaks 4 languages.
